CALL BACK + TEXT BACK
When you telephone ABBA DART your phone number will appear on the Telephonists screen. Once they have entered your name and address you will be asked if you require the Callback or Textback facility.
CALL BACK
Our Callback system links to the Data Dispatch system. When the driver is approaching your address he/she presses a key on their in-car data terminal. This sends a signal to the computer in the office, which then calls your phone number twice signalling that your vehicle has arrived.
Callback helps to offer a better service to you the customers. Instead of having to look out for your vehicle, they can just wait for the telephone call.
TEXT BACK
This facility is available for customers who book cars from us via a mobile phone. We will send you a text message letting you know the make, model and colour the vehicle is. For further security we also send the vehicle registation number.
Great facilities to choose from keeping customers safe and out of the cold and enjoying their time rather then wasting time waiting.

Tip 1: We are NOT based at a train station which means that your car will be on time. If your journey requires a car ontime like an early morning booking to the airport or a car going TO the station it is advisable to call a firm NOT based at a train station because they get busy with incoming trains and people at home waiting for a car get second priority.
TIP 2: Avoid using supermarket freephones as the price to tender for these lines is often passed onto the the customer making the mimimum fare up to £1.50 dearer.
