Call Back and Text Back

When you telephone ABBA DART your phone number will appear on the Telephonists screen. Once they have entered your name and address you will be asked if you require the Callback or Textback facility.

Call Back

Our Callback system links to the Data Dispatch system. When the driver is approaching your address he/she presses a key on their in-car data terminal. This sends a signal to the computer in the office, which then calls your phone number twice signalling that your vehicle has arrived.

Callback helps to offer a better service to you the customers. Instead of having to look out for your vehicle, they can just wait for the telephone call.

Text Back

This facility is available for customers who book cars from us via a mobile phone. We will send you a text message letting you know the make, model and colour the vehicle is. For further security we also send the vehicle registation number.
